Folder Creator is a simple free tool that works to create a large number of folders simultaneously on your hard drive. You can do it automatically, basing it on file names in a determined directory, or on names that come specifically in a determined text file.

Another option is to exclude the extension of files on which you base the folder names. The program is compatible with any Windows platform. It is easy to translate into any language already included in the translation file, it has an integrated toolbar for XP, an empty folder detector and can read any database file.
